Good question! An MP3 is a downloadable music file. Basically, anytime you're listening to music on your mobile device, the music is in the form of an MP3 (sometimes a WAV or M4A). Once an MP3 is downloaded to your computer, you can attach it to the form provided after checkout.You can use any music service you want to download the MP3 music files from.To make it easier for you, we've provided an Amazon link on each animation's page that will take you to the exact song you need.

It's not as difficult as you think.Find the music file on a music service like Amazon or iTunes and purchase it.There usually is an option to download it to your computer.For Amazon Music:On the far right there's three dots. Click those dots and purchase the song.Once the song is purchased, click the dots again and select "Download" from the menu.Select the location on your computer you want the song to download to.Done!For iTunes: Purchase the song from the iTunes Store.Once purchased, go to your iTunes song library and single-click on the song.Go to "File" at the top of the iTunes window and select "Convert">"Create MP3 Version".Once the MP3 copy is made in iTunes, drag and drop it to wherever you want on your computer.Done!Back on our website, select and purchase the animations you want.On the bottom of the "Thank You" page you see after checkout, there is a form to upload your MP3s to.Click the "Browse Files" button.Navigate to where you downloaded/moved the MP3(s) to and select the desired MP3(s) and click "OK".The file(s) will upload to the form. We only sell digital animations. So, once we've received your order AND the required MP3(s) from you, we'll email you a link for you to download the animation file(s) you ordered. All our animation files are MP4 digital downloads in 1080p.

There's a couple things to keep in mind:Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and are filled usually within 48 hours.If it's been longer than 48 hours, you may not have sent us the required MP3 music files for your order. Now, WHY would you want to do that? If you really do want to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't been processed yet, you can just email us asking to cancel your order. We'll refund you right away. Keep in mind, that there are NO REFUNDS once animations are emailed to you.
