Ordering and FAQ
Because we cannot sell our animations with the songs already in them, there's just THREE simple steps you need to follow....
YOU MUST EMAIL US A COPY OF THE MP3 MUSIC FILE that goes to the animation you are purchasing from our website. Email a copy of the MP3(s) to info@TheSingingPumpkin.com. You can get them from ANY music service you want. (We DO NOT accept website links to Amazon/iTunes/Spotify/etc. Only actual MP3 files.) We will then edit the audio into the animation for you as a FREE service. MP3s MUST be of the EXACT version of the song in in our videos. If necessary, links to purchase and download the correct MP3s are provided on each animation's page.
PAYMENT IS MADE VIA THE SHOPPING CART Use the shopping cart to select the animations you want and to make your payment.
Once payment AND all MP3s are received, we will e-mail you the link(s) to download the animations within 48 hours!
YES! Here's how our pricing works...
1-2 animations..... $30 each
3-4 animations..... $25 each, PLUS get our Basic "intermission" FREE!
5+ animations...... $20 each, PLUS get our Basic "intermission" FREE!

We will e-mail you the link(s) to download the animations within 48 hours! Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We CANNOT send you your order until BOTH the payment AND the MP3s are received.
All our animations are sent via email as links to download the animation(s) you purchased. We do NOT ship anything.
When you get the email from us, just click the links and your animation(s) will automatically start downloading.
We only sell digital animations. So, once we've received your order AND the required MP3(s) from you, we'll email you a link for you to download the animation file(s) you ordered.
All our animation files are MP4 digital downloads in 1080p.
There's a couple things to keep in mind:
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, and are filled usually within 48 hours.
If it's been longer than 48 hours, you may not have sent us the required MP3(s) for your order. Please make sure you SEND US THE MP3(s) when you place your order, so that your order isn't delayed.
If it's during the last 13 days before Halloween, we are likely experiencing a backlog of orders. Please be patient during this time. You WILL get your order!
HECK YES! We have customers all over the world! Because our animations are sent to you digitally, ANYONE can order them!
SURE! Just make your purchase of the Combo Pack you want, and then email the required MP3s to us with a message letting us know you are substituting an animation for a different one found on our site. Simple as that!
YES! You can order ANY 20 animations currently on our website with the $199 Deal, Halloween and Christmas. Whatever mix you'd like.
Now, WHY would you want to do that?
If you really do want to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't been processed yet, you can just email us asking to cancel your order. We'll refund you right away.
Keep in mind, that there are NO REFUNDS once animations are emailed to you.
